The practice has experience of Grade B1 & Grade B2 listed building projects.

Advice can be offered towards gaining planning permission / listed building permission, along with grant aid policies and the relevant bodies with whom we deal directly with.

We can also provide advice and service for projects within Conservation areas, in relation to planning service policies for these areas and Environment & Heritage Service guidelines.
